ITEMS AT REGULAR PRICE AND ON SALE

30 days for the exchange or a full refund of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the date of purchase.

Refunds can be made either by mail or in one of our La Vie En Rose locations. Exchanges can only be processed in-store.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Online orders:
Good news, you've got until January 9, 2022 to return or exchange online orders placed between November 10 and December 9, 2021. Starting December 10, 2021, the standard 30-day return policy will be resumed.

In-store purchases (boutiques and outlets):
Purchases made in-store between October 18, 2021 and December 24, 2021 can be exchanged or refunded until January 9, 2022.

To ensure quality service, we will not be accepting in-store returns on December 26 to 29, 2021. Happy Holiday Season!

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase.

  2. If you paid for your purchase by PayPal and the item is returned in the store, the return amount will be refunded to you by means of a la Vie en Rose gift card.

  3. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
  4. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached.

  5. All orders shipped will have a return label included in the package. If you wish to use it, an amount of $ 7.00 + tax will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Sales are final for body products and items sold for the Roses of Hope Foundation.

  7. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.

  8. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.

HOW TO MAIL RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

  1. All orders shipped will have a return label included in the package. If you wish to use it, an amount of $ 7.00 + tax will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Please complete the return form provided with you order or click here to download the printable version. Please return your purchase to the following address by mail or courier of your choice:

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or la Vie en Rose is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail. Please contact our customer service at 1-877-328-7673 for more information.

HOW TO MAKE AN IN-STORE RETURN FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?

    Please come to your nearest store within 30 days on regular products and 15 days on sale products from the date of purchase with the following required items:

    1. The original packing slip.

    2. The credit card used when ordering (If you paid for your purchase by PayPal, the amount will be refunded to you by means of a la Vie en Rose gift card).

    3. The items you wish to return or exchange.

    4. If your order was shipped in multiple shipments, please ensure you have the packaging slip for the items you wish to return or exchange as well as the items on hand.

    CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

    1. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

    2. Failure to present the original payment card will result in a refund using a la Vie en Rose gift card.

    30 days for the exchange or a full refund of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the date of purchase. You will receive a refund according to the original payment method. Failure to present the original payment card will result in a gift card being issued to you.

    Exchange of value equal to the last labeled sale price in store for merchandise returned within 30 days at regular price and 15 days for products on sale following the date of purchase.

    No receipt will be issued for an exchange.

    Exchange or gift card of equal value to the original purchase price of the merchandise returned within 30 days for regular priced items and 15 days for sale products following the date of purchase.
