GIFT RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and refunds will be accepted until January 6, 2019. To ensure quality service, we will not be accepting in-store returns December 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018. Happy Holidays!

    General Conditions

    1. Refunds will be processed according to the orginal method of payment.
    2. If you made your purchase using PayPal and the item is returned in-store, a La Vie en Rose gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund.
    3. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may cancel the requirements for this offer. in this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
    4. Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached, be unworn, and should not have been washed.
    5. All shipped orders receive a Canada Post return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
    6. All sales are final for skin care products and products sold to benefit the Roses of Hope Foundation.
    7. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.

    How do I return merchandise purchased online by mail?

    1. A Canada Post return label is included with every shipped order. Should you choose to use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your return.
    2. Please fill out the Return form provided with your order or click here to download a printable version. Please make returns to the following address by mail or courier of your choice:

    Please note: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the goods are defective or La Vie en Rose is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail. Please contact our customer service at 1-877-328-7673 for more information.

    How do I return merchandise purchased online in-store?

    Please visit one of our stores within 45 days of purchase with the following required items:

    1. The original packing slip.
    2. The credit card used to place your order (if you made your purchase via PayPal, a La Vie en Rose gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund).
    3. The items you wish to return or exchange.

    Conditions and Exceptions
