BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT WEBSITES

This website is the only official la Vie en Rose transactional website in Canada. We have recently been informed that other websites are attempting to copy the official la Vie en Rose website and entice customers to make purchases. These websites are not authorized by la Vie en Rose brand sites or resellers.  La Vie en Rose is making significant efforts to shut down these fraudulent sites but will not be held responsible for any damages of any kind or loss related to the visit or use of a fraudulent website and/or the purchase of unauthorized merchandise advertised on it.

Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. and its affiliates (“la Vie en Rose”, “we” “our”) believe that your online shopping experience should be convenient, pleasant, private, and secure.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.lavieenrose.com (the “Site”), when you communicate with us via email or social media or chat or via any other electronic means, when you fill out surveys and when you shop in our stores. PERSONAL INFORMATION REGARDING CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

Additionally, when you sign up to become a member, make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, birth year, billing address, shipping address, type of credit card, last 4 digits of credit card number, order history, IP address, email address, phone number, gender, language, size and product preferences.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

La Vie en Rose will store your information for as long as you continue to be a customer and for as long as we are required by law to access the information to meet our legal requirements globally. Your personal information may be stored outside of Quebec.

If you are no longer a la Vie en Rose customer and would like your account information to be anonymized, you can contact our customer service representatives at privacy@lavieenrose.com. However, please note that even after your personal information is anonymized, we have a legal requirement to keep strictly essential personal information that ensures we meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.

CROSSJURISDICTIONAL TRANSFERS

Your personal information may be transferred to and stored in secured locations and on servers controlled by la Vie en Rose or its service providers located in various jurisdictions for the same purposes described in “HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION”. La Vie en Rose operates with suppliers and fulfilment centres located across the world. Different countries have different regulations when it comes to personal information. However, la Vie en Rose ensures that all its partners and suppliers comply with our data and rights protection standards and that your data is secured through methods approved within the relevant Data Protection laws.
