KEY ROLES IN OUR STORES
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Store Manager is essential for the boutique’s performance and effective operation. This key role drives la Vie en Rose's objectives in sales, expense control, and visual presentation.
They are also critical to their team’s success. This involves careful recruitment, continuous training and development, and regular performance reviews, all designed to create an environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is truly their right-hand person. They assist with the day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable customer service.
When the manager is absent, the Assistant Manager steps in to ensure sales targets are met and la Vie en Rose’s quality standards are continuously upheld. This individual is also key in supporting and motivating the team, contributing to the development of dynamic and high-performing staff.
Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Junior Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and quality customer service within the boutique.
Like the Assistant Manager, this role actively supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and upholding la Vie en Rose’s standards. They also participate in developing and motivating a high-performing team and contribute to ongoing operations when the store manager is absent.
Under the supervision of the boutique’s management team, the Key Holder is responsible for meeting customer expectations and needs with speed and courtesy while maximizing sales potential.
They actively contribute to service excellence and the team’s success. Additionally, they participate in the store’s opening and closing tasks, ensuring everything is ready to welcome customers and in order at the end of the day.
Reporting to the management team, the Sales Associate plays a central role in the in-store shopping experience. This expert in customer relations ensures every visit is enjoyable and that customers leave completely satisfied with their service. Through a thoughtful and personalized approach, they build strong connections by expertly guiding customers to find exactly what they’re looking for.
The Cashier is responsible for handling the final step of the in-store customer’s journey. Working under the management team, they ensure all transactions are handled quickly and courteously at the register, leaving every customer with a positive experience.
Reporting to the management team, the Merchandise Associate provides essential behind-the-scenes support. This key role ensures products are always accessible, simplifying the sales team’s work on the floor. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying inventory, as well as organizing the back store.
