MARKETING

In the Marketing and Digital Strategy department, we bring the la Vie en Rose brand image to life. Our goal is to attract and retain customers with exciting promotions, while ensuring a shopping experience that is as enjoyable as possible, both online and in-store.

Our website serves as an interactive storefront, displaying our products, current offers, and the essence of our brand. We’re constantly fine-tuning the customer journey, making sure every click is smooth and engaging, from browsing to checkout.

SERVICES & ADMINISTRATION

Our Finance and Accounting team possesses a complete mastery of numbers. They're at the core of our strategic planning, essential for keeping us competitive, profitable, and securing the funding needed for future growth. Ultimately, their expertise ensures la Vie en Rose's strong financial health, allowing us to deliver an excellent customer experience consistently.

Behind every product in the store is the expertise of the Inventory team. They play a key role in merchandise management, ensuring that each product is delivered to the right place at the right time, while adhering to current legal requirements in both Canada and internationally.

Their work helps maintain the integrity of inventory levels and value, which is crucial for a smooth in-store shopping experience and the satisfaction of all our internal and external customers.

Our IT team plays a crucial role in supporting our stores, distribution centre, and head office daily. Their focus on integrating and adopting new technologies ensures we consistently deliver exceptional and reliable customer service with meticulous care.

Want to make a real impact on employee well-being? Our Payroll and Human Resources team provides full-cycle support—from recruitment and training to succession planning and employee relations. They ensure compliance with internal policies and labour laws, manage payroll with precision, and contribute to a healthy, engaging work environment, one that directly influences the experience we offer our customers.

BUYING, SUPPLY CHAIN & DESIGN

The buying team excels at unearthing the hidden gems that define each of our collections. These expert buyers ensure we consistently offer the right products, in perfect quantities, exactly when and where you want them—always at the best value. They also stay on top of the latest trends, making sure our customers find everything they love, along with irresistible deals.

The mission of our Merchandise Allocation and Planning team is to maximize each store's sales potential while minimizing per-product costs. They ensure products are shipped and delivered on time and in the right quantities. With a strong understanding of store needs and available inventory, they optimize product distribution and availability.

It’s within our Design and Product Development team that every la Vie en Rose collection begins to take shape. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, femininity, and elegance. Our creations are inspired by today’s woman—in all her strength and softness.

Working closely with other departments, the team ensures that each piece meets the highest quality standards and truly reflects our brand image.

Our Product Production and Standardization team ensures that all la Vie en Rose items meet the highest quality standards—from the first sample to the final product launch.

They build strong, trusting relationships with our agents and suppliers to develop high-quality products that are delivered on time. Maintaining this high standard allows us to offer our customers a shopping experience that meets their expectations.

SALES

In the Operations department, we’re focused on making every store visit exceptional for our customers. We achieve this by empowering our sales teams with high-quality training and continuous motivation, supported by clear and effective communication.

Growth means new stores, and our construction team is dedicated to making it happen! They work tirelessly to ensure our boutiques are open on time and budget. Beyond that, their focus is on building flawless, safe environments across all our locations—from our head office to the distribution centre and every store—so both our customers and teams feel entirely comfortable.

The Procurement and Services team ensures we always have precisely what we need. They're responsible for obtaining the highest quality materials at the best available prices. Their work keeps our boutiques and head office fully stocked, on time, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Our visual merchandising team ensures optimal product presentation. They help create an exceptional shopping experience and maximize sales potential, all while faithfully reflecting la Vie en Rose's brand image.
