Store Positions

Manager+-

Under the supervision of the Regional sales manager, the Manager must ensure the proper functioning of the store as well as the quality of customer service. The manager is the person responsible for reaching the overall objectives and maintaining LVER standards in terms of customer service, sales, cost control, visual merchandising as well as ensuring the high performance levels of the team through judicious hiring of highly motivated candidates, training, and the development and assessment of personnel.

Junior assistant manager+-

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Junior assistant manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the store as well as providing excellent customer service. The Junior assistant manager replaces the manager when they are absent, and consequently must contribute to reaching the overall objectives and maintaining the LVER company standards while motivating and developing a dynamic team.

Sales associate+-

Under the supervision of store management, the Sales associate is responsible for meeting the expectations and needs of customers quickly and courteously, while maximizing sales potential.

Stock clerk+-

Under the supervision of store management, the Stock clerk is responsible for receiving and verifying all incoming merchandise and ensuring that the back-store is well organized.

Assistant manager+-

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Assistant manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the store as well as providing excellent customer service. The Assistant manager replaces the manager when they are absent, and consequently must contribute to reach the overall objectives and maintaining the LVER company standards while motivating and developing a dynamic team.

Key holder+-

Under the supervision of store management, the Key holder is responsible for meeting the expectations and needs of customers quickly and courteously, while maximizing sales potential.

Cashier+-

Under the supervision of store management, the Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by completing all transactions at the cash efficiently and courteously.
