PURCHASING

1. Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes! You can purchase traditional gift cards by clicking here or e-gift cards by clicking here. Traditional gift cards that are purchased online will be sent by mail and a signature is required at the delivery address. If your order contains merchandise and gift cards, please note that the gift cards will be shipped separately. E-gift cards will sent by email immediately and received within minutes.

2. What are my payment options?

We accept payment with PayPal, La Vie en Rose gift cards or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

3. Can I use my gift card online?

Absolutely! Since all refunds and price adjustments are made according to the original method of payment, it is important to keep your traditional gift card or e-gift card after the purchase. It is important to keep your gift card after the purchase is made. Otherwise, if you don’t have the original gift card anymore, a new one will be mailed to you. Please note that you can check the balance of your gift card by clicking here.

4. Do la Vie en Rose gift cards expire?

No, la Vie en Rose gift cards do not have expiration dates.

5. Can in-store promotions and sales be applied to my online order?

We usually carry the same promotions online as in our stores. However, promotions may vary. We might run promotions only available online or exclusive to our VIP members.

6. Can I modify or cancel my online order?

OOPS! There is an error in the order you submitted? Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified once they are in our systems. Please make a new order for the right size or colour and return the incorrect order.

7. What are your preventive measures against COVID-19?

We are committed to keeping you and our employees safe at all times. For that reason, we have initiated a number of measures to provide you peace of mind while you shop. These include:

  • Strict sanitary measures: The most busy areas of the stores will be cleaned frequently.
  • Card or contactless payment: We kindly ask that you plan your payment to be made by card contactless.
  • Hand sanitizer: Hand sanitizer stations have been put at your disposal.

1. What are lavieenrose.com’s shipping rates?

All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. Additional fees may apply and delivery standards may vary for remote areas.

2. How are sales taxes determined?

The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so if you place an order to be shipped to British Columbia, and your billing address is in Quebec, British Columbia sales taxes will be charged on your invoice.

3. Can I ship to an address outside Canada?

We are sorry but we do not currently ship outside Canada.

4. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are sorry but we do not currently offer multiple shipments.

5. Can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and all the information required to track your package. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like more information, please call us at 1-877-328-7673 or email us at info@lavieenrose.com.

RETURN POLICY

1. How do I return an item purchased on lavieenrose.com?

All shipped orders will receive a return label included in the parcel. All items returned by mail must use this return label. The amount of $9.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund. Please fill out the return form that is included in your parcel or click here to download a printable version. Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced merchandise and within 15 days for merchandise on sale.  Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow five business days from the date the merchandise is delivered to our premises for refunds. Please allow adequate time for shipping.

2. Can I return lavieenrose.com purchases to a La Vie en Rose store?

Exchanges and returns can be made at your nearest La Vie en Rose location. 30 days for the exchange of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the date of purchase. Please refer to our return procedure section for more information.

3. What do I do if I lost my return form?

4. Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return an item by mail?

Yes. A return label will be included in your parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise by mail, you must use the return label and the amount of $9.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund. No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless merchandise is defective or La Vie en Rose is at fault. In these cases, La Vie en Rose will pay the return shipping costs.

5. How do I obtain a refund for items returned by mail?

Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced merchandise and within 15 days for merchandise on sale.  Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

6. How long does it take for refunds to come through?

Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.

7. Can I return my gift card and get a refund?

All sales of traditional or e-gift cards are final and non-refundable.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

1. Is my credit card information secure online?

Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. La Vie en Rose's account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds. Any personal information we collect during your visit is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.

2. How does lavieenrose.com use my personal information?

When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use this information to complete your transaction and to apply for access to certain special features and functions of the website. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you will not be able to use certain features of the website and you will not be able to make transactions through the website.
