Status of your order

At all times you may view the status of your processed orders placed on lavieenrose.com. In order to do so, simply sign in at the login button situated to the left of the Shopping Bag icon on the upper most menu, and enter into the section “My Order Status” the My Zone section.

This section will allow you to view the status and information regarding your order, in order of transaction date. You may also see the order details by clicking on the Order ID number.
