Refund and exchange
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the purchase price*.
Note that products bought on lavieenrose.com can not be exchanged or refunded in a La Vie en Rose store.
1. You can send back the products at La Vie en Rose at any time within a 30 days delay following the billing date at this address: 4275 Metropolitan East, Saint-Léonard (Québec) H1R 1Z4.
2. The products must be returned with the fill out return form enclosed.
3. All items must be placed in its original package, including all tags as well as a copy of the invoice.
4. You must pay the shipping fees for the returned products except for the following situations: LA VIE EN ROSE did not deliver the ordered products or delivered damaged or defective products. In these cases LA VIE EN ROSE will pay the shipping fees if you send back the products via a transportation enterprise that guarantees the risks of losses and damages. Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid.
For hygienic reasons, La Vie en Rose cannot accept returns on panties without the protective tag, damaged or stained merchandise.
* The products bought in the Internet clearance section can not be exchanged or refunded. The purchase of these products is final sale.
Refund
Please allow 5 working days, from the return date, for refunds. The amount will be credited directly to your credit card. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
