Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, the management team is ultimately responsible for achieving the company standards in customer service, sales objectives, control of store expenses, visual presentation techniques as well as ensuring the highest level of employee performance through the effective hiring of a highly motivated staff. The management team will also provide guidance, training, development and evaluations to all members of the team on a regular basis.
